AgileEngine LLC is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role serving LATAM clients in higher education and nonprofits. You will lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across campaigns and CRM data, turning complex data into clear, actionable guidance.

You will collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership to build dashboards, monitor performance, and drive data-driven decision making. English fluency and agency experience are important.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.
