Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote, USD-paid role focused on reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across universities and nonprofit partners.

You will build dashboards and analyze marketing and CRM data to drive data-driven decisions, collaborating with paid media and leadership to improve campaigns and reporting systems.

Competenze

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.
