Job summary

Atomic Hr seeks a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across universities and nonprofit partners. You will transform complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and better campaign results.

You will work with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and improve reporting systems to support strategic marketing decisions through data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze CRM and marketing data to identify trends.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
• Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
