You will lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across higher education and nonprofit partners, transforming complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable guidance that drives smarter decisions and stronger campaign results.

Competenze

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.
