Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights for universities and nonprofit partners. This role focuses on turning complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable guidance that boosts campaign performance.

You will collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to develop dashboards, identify trends, and improve reporting systems remotely, with compensation in USD based on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboards and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
