Evox is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a remote role in LATAM to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across universities and nonprofits. You will transform marketing and CRM data into actionable insights to support smarter decisions and improve campaign performance.

The position is remote and paid in USD, with compensation based on experience and scope. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build dashboards, track KPIs, and optimize analytics

Competenze

5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience
Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills
Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate
Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset

Mansioni

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms
Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams
Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations
Research new tools and solutions to support growth
