Evox is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights for universities and nonprofit partners. This remote role focuses on transforming CRM and marketing data into actionable decisions that drive campaigns and enrollments.
You will build dashboards, monitor metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership. Native or near-native English required; USD compensation; LATAM remote.
Competenze
- 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
- Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
- Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
- CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
- Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
- Native or near-native English fluency.
