Job summary
Coderio is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across higher education and nonprofit partners. This remote role focuses on transforming complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights that empower teams to optimize campaigns and growth.
You'll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and improve reporting systems while supporting data-driven
Qualifications
- 5+ years in analytics or marketing data
- Strong reporting and visualization skills
- Experience with marketing KPIs and lead reporting
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate
- Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments
- Native or near-native English fluency
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
- Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms
- Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams
- Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations
- Research new tools and solutions to support growth
