Job summary

Ags Youth Soccer Club is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a remote, USD-paid role supporting universities and nonprofit partners. Lead dashboards, analytics strategy, and insights across campaigns, CRM data, and reporting platforms.

You will collaborate with Paid Media teams, leadership, and external partners to turn complex data into actionable recommendations, monitor performance, ensure data accuracy, and explore new tools to drive growth for mission-driven clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
• Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
