Job summary

Ags Youth Soccer Club is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and insights across marketing and CRM data. This remote role supports universities and nonprofit partners in LATAM, with USD compensation based on experience.

You’ll build dashboards, identify trends, and help drive data-driven decisions to boost campaign performance while collaborating with stakeholders across teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
