Accelone Llc is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role serving LATAM universities and nonprofit partners. The role focuses on turning complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights that help teams make smarter decisions and improve campaign performance.
You’ll build dashboards, identify trends, improve reporting systems, and support strategic marketing decisions through data.
Qualifications
- 5+ years analytics or marketing data experience.
- Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
- Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
- Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
- Native or near-native English fluency.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
- Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
- Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
- Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
- Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
