Pyyne Llc. is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across universities and nonprofits. This remote role focuses on transforming marketing and CRM data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and better campaign results.

You’ll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and support data-driven marketing decisions at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
