Job summary

Prometeo Talent is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead analytics strategy and reporting for universities and nonprofit partners. This remote role focuses on transforming marketing and CRM data into actionable insights to improve campaigns and outcomes.

You will work with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions in a fast-paced agency setting. English fluency is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.
