You will build dashboards, monitor campaigns, ensure data quality, and partner with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to drive smarter decisions and better outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments
• Native or near-native English fluency

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms
