The role focuses on turning complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable guidance to improve campaign performance.

You will collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and support marketing decisions with data-driven approaches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboards and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
