Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights for universities and nonprofits. This remote role focuses on turning complex marketing and CRM data into actionable guidance for teams to improve campaign results.

You’ll work with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and partners to build dashboards, monitor trends, and support data-driven decisions. Remote role paid in USD, compensation based on experience and scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
