Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights for higher education and nonprofit partners. This remote role focuses on transforming marketing and CRM data into actionable insights to improve campaigns and decision-making.

You will build dashboards, monitor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance analytics processes and reporting operations. Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is valued.

Qualifications

5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
Experience with marketing KPIs and lead reporting.
Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms
Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams
Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations
Research new tools and solutions to support growth
