Pavago is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights for universities and nonprofits. The role focuses on turning complex marketing and CRM data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and improve campaign performance.

You'll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, enhance reporting systems, and support data-driven marketing decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities
