Virtustant is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across higher education and nonprofit partners. This remote role is focused on transforming complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and better campaign performance.
You’ll build dashboards, identify trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting systems and data accuracy, while supporting data-driven
Competenze
- 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
- Strong reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.
- Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.
- Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
