The Customer Support Engineer role focuses on high-level technical assistance to ensure smooth integrations, resolve REST API and SQL issues, and maintain customer satisfaction across our worldwide clients.

Competenze

5+ years in Technical Support Engineering or similar
Proven REST API troubleshooting and integration support
Strong ability to read and analyze code and logs
Proficient in SQL for data querying and troubleshooting
Experience managing partner onboarding and technical communications
Advanced proficiency in English

Mansioni

Diagnose and resolve REST API issues to ensure seamless data exchange between systems.
Analyze application code and system logs to identify bottlenecks and document findings.
Execute advanced SQL queries to extract data insights and aid problem-solving.
Oversee technical onboarding for new partners, ensuring successful integration with services.
Provide clear, concise technical guidance to stakeholders and translate concepts into steps.
