Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales, Revenue, or CS Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong communication and data accuracy skills.
• Ability to build and improve workflows and reporting.
