• Ensure the implementation of the work assigned to him (her) area of the planned indicators for the established quantitative and qualitative indicators.
• To ensure an increase in labor productivity and work rhythm, a reduction in labor intensity and production costs.
• Within the framework of its activities, observe and maintain safe working conditions and a production-friendly environment in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
• Establish tasks for work producers and individual employees on a daily basis in accordance with production plans and schedules, issue tasks in a timely manner and monitor work execution and instruct subordinates.
• Ensure the correct placement in the workplace and the full use of working time throughout the shift, taking into account the abilities and skills of each employee.
• Acceptance of works from the manufacturers of works and handing over the repaired to the Customer with paperwork.
• To create, within the framework of its activities, safe working conditions and a production-friendly environment in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Secondary technical or higher technical education.
• Work experience at energy enterprises for at least 3 years.
• Knowledge of equipment of thermal power plants, technology of repair of boiler auxiliary equipment, technology of repair of heating surfaces and valves.
• Knowledge of production management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of Russian and basic knowledge of English at the level of reading technical documentation.
