Mendoza Traveling with Mich is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will handle inquiries, reservations, and general support across phone, email, chat, and other channels, delivering accurate information with a professional, helpful attitude.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, prior customer-service experience, and the ability to work independently from home while maintaining high productivity.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, or administrative roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Assist customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and general questions.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up to ensure needs are addressed.
• Maintain accurate customer information in systems.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve requests.
• Maintain a positive, professional, solution-oriented attitude.
• Meet customer service, quality, and productivity standards.
• Protect confidentiality and follow policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
