Embedded Shishya is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US marketing agency. This fully remote role focuses on planning and overseeing creative campaigns and assets for education-focused clients.

You’ll coordinate timelines, manage cross-functional teams, and track progress from kickoff to delivery. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience and hands-on experience with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Experience with design, copywriting, or marketing projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines using platforms like Asana.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists.
• Manage Workload & Resources to meet project objectives.
• Track & Report Progress with project tracking reports for stakeholders.
• Optimize Processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
• Facilitate Communication as the main touchpoint for internal teams.
