Embedded Shishya is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a remote role with a US marketing agency focused on higher education. You will plan and oversee creative campaigns and assets from kickoff to delivery, coordinating schedules and ensuring deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Agency environment experience preferred, handling design and copy projects.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities with stakeholders and teams.
• Working knowledge of creative processes within marketing campaigns.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset; identifies bottlenecks early.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines: Develop and adjust project schedules in platforms like Asana, prioritizing tasks and milestones across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Manage Workload & Resources: Assess team capacity, redistribute tasks, and ensure resources meet objectives.
• Track & Report Progress: Use reports to identify at-risk tasks and keep stakeholders updated.
• Optimize Processes: Spot inefficiencies and implement best practices for creative operations.
• Facilitate Communication: Serve as the main touchpoint and provide regular status updates.
