Virtustant is seeking a Creative Strategist (Paid Ads) to turn insights into high-converting ad concepts. You’ll lead creative testing across multiple eCommerce accounts and collaborate with creators, editors, designers, and account managers to scale winning ads on Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.

This fully remote, full-time role is ideal for someone who blends creative instinct with performance thinking and enjoys turning data into disciplined, testable concepts that drive growth.

Competenze

• 1–3 years creating or directing paid social creative (eCommerce preferred).
• Proven ability to translate performance data into actionable creative strategies.
• Strong portfolio of paid social creatives, especially UGC-style for TikTok/Meta.

Mansioni

• Own the full creative strategy loop: hypothesis → test → learn → scale.
• Lead testing for 3–5 eCommerce brands across Meta, TikTok and other platforms.
• Write clear creative briefs for creators, editors, and designers with precise direction from hook to CTA.
• Review performance data to identify winning angles and next-round opportunities.
• Partner with Account Managers to tie creative insights to KPIs and client reporting.
• Maintain a high creative bar with consistent weekly output and fast production.
