Huzzle.Com is seeking a Creative Strategist to turn insights into ads that convert. You’ll own the full creative strategy loop across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels, leading testing and direction for multiple eCommerce brands.

This fully remote, full-time role is ideal for someone who blends creative instincts with performance thinking. You’ll collaborate with creators, editors, designers, and account managers, delivering data-backed concepts and scalable campaigns while

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience developing paid social creative (preferably in eCommerce).
• Proven ability to drive measurable results (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
• Strong portfolio of paid social creatives, especially UGC-style ads for TikTok/Meta.
• Solid copywriting, hooks, framing, pacing, structure and storytelling.
• Comfort collaborating with creators, editors and designers with clear feedback.
• Analytical mindset: translate performance data into concrete next steps.
• Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills.

• Own the full creative strategy loop: hypothesis → test → learn → scale.
• Lead creative strategy and testing for 3–5 eCommerce brands across Meta, TikTok and other platforms.
• Develop data-backed creative hypotheses, plan tests, and iterate to scale winners.
• Write clear, actionable briefs for creators, editors and designers from hook to CTA.
• Review ad performance to identify winning angles, patterns and opportunities.
• Partner with Account Managers to connect creative insights to KPIs and reporting.
• Maintain a high creative bar while ensuring weekly output.
