Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into visual concepts with audience, offer, and CTA.
• Create polished ad designs that balance brand and campaign needs.
• Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing of imagery, layouts, and messaging.
• Adapt concepts across ad sizes and placements while preserving readability and impact.
• Use results and feedback to improve creative and justify design changes.
