Express Chipping Inc. is seeking a Creative Project Manager to plan and oversee creative campaigns and assets, ensuring smooth execution from kickoff to delivery.

You’ll coordinate schedules, set deadlines, and serve as the go-to contact for cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment. This role fits a professional with at least two years of experience in marketing/agency settings, proficient in PM tools, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Competenze

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities with internal teams and leadership.
• Working knowledge of creative processes within marketing campaigns.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.

Mansioni

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns and platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (designers, copywriters, strategists) to meet milestones.
• Manage workload and resources to fit project objectives and capacity.
• Track progress with reports, flag at-risk tasks, and keep stakeholders updated.
