Scale Up invites a Senior Video Editor to join a US-based production team on a long-term remote engagement. You will lead post-production for a key client, managing edits, timelines, and delivery while collaborating with producers and creatives.

You'll own creative decisions, translate client feedback into polished videos, and help drive storytelling across branded content, testimonials, and documentary-style pieces for top brands. Strong English required.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience within a production company, creative agency, brand, or similar environment.
• Outstanding storytelling instincts supported by a strong portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
• Advanced English (spoken and written). You should feel confident leading client meetings, presenting edits, and communicating directly with U.S. clients.
• Previous experience presenting work directly to clients and leading client conversations.
• Excellent written communication skills, including handling client emails and project correspondence.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Responsabilidades

• Edit high-quality video content from rough cut through final delivery.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for one of the company's largest clients, leading meetings, presenting edits, gathering feedback, and building long-term relationships.
• Translate client goals and feedback into creative solutions and actionable production plans.
• Create motion graphics, title sequences, and graphic elements that enhance storytelling.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with producers, directors, cinematographers, designers, and other creative team members.
• Help maintain smooth project workflows and deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Represent the company professionally in every client interaction.
