Padsplit is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to plan and oversee creative campaigns for a US marketing agency, fully remote. You will manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality.

With at least two years in marketing project management, you will optimize processes, track progress, and report to stakeholders. This role offers collaborative environment and growth in creative marketing.

Formación

• 2+ Years of Creative/Marketing Project Management Experience.
• Proficiency in PM Tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello.
• Exceptional Organizational & Time-Management Skills.
• Strong Communication Abilities for leadership updates.
• Working Knowledge of Creative Processes.
• Problem-Solving Mindset to identify bottlenecks.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines: Develop and adjust project schedules in platforms like Asana.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Manage Workload & Resources: Assess capacity and redistribute tasks to meet objectives.
• Track & Report Progress: Use reports to identify risks and keep stakeholders updated.
• Optimize Processes: Spot inefficiencies and implement best practices.
• Facilitate Communication: Serve as the main contact for internal teams with regular status updates.
