Gbsgroup is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US marketing agency. This fully remote role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering creative campaigns across multiple teams.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years of creative project management experience, proficiency with PM tools, and strong organizational and communication skills to drive projects on schedule and within scope.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, ideally in an agency setting.
• Proficiency in PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders and team members.
• Working knowledge of how design and content fit into marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and keep projects on track.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines: Develop and adjust schedules across campaigns in PM platforms.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Assign tasks and monitor progress with designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage Workload & Resources: Assess capacity and redistribute tasks to meet objectives.
• Track & Report Progress: Use reports to identify risks and keep stakeholders updated.
• Optimize Processes: Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices.
• Facilitate Communication: Provide regular status updates to internal teams.
