Puulse Marketing in Argentina is hiring a full-time Social Media Marketing Specialist to work remotely. You will design product ads and recruiting assets across markets, and edit video for training and campaigns.

You should be fluent in English (C2 level) and comfortable producing high-quality content quickly. This role offers full-time remote work with performance bonuses and an opportunity to impact international campaigns.

Formación

• C2-level English proficiency required and strong written/spoken communication.
• Ability to design ads and marketing assets at high volume across markets.
• Video editing experience for social, recruiting, and training content.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requests without sacrificing quality.

Responsabilidades

• Design product ads, recruiting ads and marketing assets at high volume across multiple markets
• Edit video for recruiting content, top-performer features, culture clips, and training material
• Design leaderboards, recognition graphics, and incentive announcements that keep the sales teams energized
• Edit recorded reps and employee interviews into short, shareable clips for training and recruiting
• Help build and update job listings, candidate forms, email templates, and interview kits
• Support external recruiting content across Indeed, LinkedIn, and Instagram
• Take on a broad mix of day-to-day tasks and quick-turnaround requests as priorities shift
