Job summary

Abstra is a fast-growing Nearshore Tech Talent services company that connects Latin American tech professionals with U.S. clients. The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate, timely estimates to support revenue, margin, and backlog goals.

This 100% remote LATAM role operates on US Central Daylight Time hours. You will review drawings and specs, develop estimates using approved tools, support bid strategy, and identify risks to ensure competitive, credible proposals.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating or related discipline.
• Understanding of estimating processes and procedures.
• Experience with estimating software and takeoff tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• 100% remote office environment with high-speed internet

Location: LATAM 100% Remote.

Working hours are based on the US Central Daylight Time Zone.
