Boart Longyear Ltd. is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, with a remote work arrangement across multiple Latin American countries. You will lead a global monitoring team, guide study analytics, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance under ICH GCP guidelines.

Responsibilities include overseeing senior staff, coordinating with project leads, and driving risk mitigation while maintaining audit-ready documentation and robust RBM processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of remote or on-site clinical monitoring experience with ICH GCP knowledge.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and lead teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee deliverables on global projects.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies, including IP management.
• Act as Clinical Lead when needed and assist project closeout.
• Mentor and coach junior staff on CRAs and central monitors.
• Develop analytics strategies and RBM tools for study monitoring.
• Ensure complete documentation and audit readiness of study tools.
