Boart Longyear Ltd. is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options. You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, ensuring timely, high-quality clinical deliverables while optimizing speed and cost in alignment with SOPs.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and fluent English across global projects. The candidate will work across multiple LATAM sites, oversee performance metrics, and mentor junior staff to drive continuous improvements in

Formación

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
+3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
+2 years in a Lead role.
Fluency in English (advanced) is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
Identify risks and mitigation strategies in collaboration with project and clinical leads.
Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTCs, Centralized Monitoring staff).
Develop monitoring strategies, triggers/thresholds, and study analytics.
Attend study team or client meetings and provide inputs for continuous process improvements.
Ensure documentation and RBM tools are audit-ready and compliant with SOPs.
