Job summary

World Business Lenders (WBL) seeks a data analytics professional to support reporting, analysis, and data questions within the IDEA — Intelligence, Data, Engineering & Analytics — function. You will handle day‑to‑day data requests and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver reliable insights.

Responsibilities include preparing recurring reports, dashboards, KPIs, and ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and guide decisions. This is a fully remote role with USD compensation and PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, information systems, or a related field.
• Python or similar analytical programming experience is required.
• Experience with SQL strongly preferred.
• Experience with reporting, visualization, analytics, or business intelligence tools preferred.
• AI-assisted analysis or coding experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support business teams with reporting, data analysis, and day-to-day data requests.
• Prepare and maintain recurring management reports, dashboards, KPIs, and other analytical outputs.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to answer business questions and support operational and management decision‑making.
• Work with business stakeholders to translate reporting and data needs into clear analytical requirements.
• Investigate data questions, discrepancies, and reporting issues and coordinate with data or technology teams to resolve them.
• Review data and reporting outputs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Support development and documentation of enterprise KPIs and reporting standards.
• Help business users understand and effectively use data, reports, and self‑service analytics tools.
