Howard Financial Services is a remote-first fractional accounting and finance firm serving ~75 clients across hospitality, vacation rentals, real estate, e-commerce, and consumer brands. We seek an Accountant who owns end-to-end accounting, works across multiple clients, and treats tech stacks as tools rather than barriers.

You will manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of clients, including AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close, while producing accurate financial

Formación

• Must master full-cycle accounting and month-end close.
• Excellent written and spoken English for US-based clients.
• Comfort with accounting platforms; automation is a plus.
• Experience in a fractional, multi-client or outsourced setup.

Howard Financial Services is a remote-first fractional accounting and finance firm supporting ~75 clients across hospitality, vacation rentals, real estate, e-commerce, and consumer brands. We're not a back-office shop — we're the finance team our clients wish they'd hired in-house, minus the overhead.

We're looking for anAccountant who owns full-cycle accounting end to end, moves fluidly between multiple clients and priorities without losing precision, and treats tech stacks as a toolkit, not a hurdle.

What you'll own

• Full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of clients: AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close
• Preparation of accurate, timely financial statements and reporting packages
• Multi-entity, multi-client workflows — context-switching is part of the job, not an exception to it
• Process improvement: spotting inefficiencies and building better workflows, not just following the ones that exist
• Direct communication with client stakeholders — you'll represent Howard, not hide behind it
