El rol implica liderar diseño, entrega y estimaciones de soluciones, aprovechando Power Platform, Python, APIs y Azure; gestionar IA/GenAI y alianzas estratégicas para resultados de negocio. Remoto con oficinas en Argentina y otras sedes.

Qualifications

• Experiencia en transformación de procesos y BPM en entornos de consultoría.
• Conocimiento de plataformas de minería de procesos (Signavio, Celonis) y SAP.
• Capacidad para traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones técnicas.
• Experiencia trabajando con datos, AI y soluciones en la nube.

Responsibilities

• Diseñar y entregar soluciones tecnológicas end-to-end, desde requisitos hasta implementación.
• Liderar iniciativas de Process Mining y BPM usando SAP/Signavio/Celonis.
• Definir soluciones combinando Automation, Cloud, Data y Analytics.
• Guiar equipos multidisciplinarios y gestionar a stakeholders sénior.

As part of our Value Case Transformation within Global Network under Strategy & Consulting , you will lead the design and delivery of end-to-end technology solutions, translating business needs into scalable architectures and technology roadmaps while guiding multidisciplinary teams and partnering with senior clients and stakeholders.

What will you do?

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end technology solutions , from business requirements to architecture and implementation.
• Drive Process Mining and BPM initiatives leveraging SAP, Signavio, Celonis or similar platforms.
• Define solutions combining Automation, Cloud, Data and Analytics , using technologies such as Power Platform, Python, APIs, Azure, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Lead the adoption and integration of AI / GenAI , including Azure OpenAI, Copilot, RAG, LLMs, prompting and agentic solutions.
• Evaluate solutions considering scalability, cost, security, risks and business impact .
• Lead multidisciplinary technical teams and act as a bridge between business, architecture, data, AI and engineering teams .
• Partner with senior stakeholders and clients , leading technical discussions and providing solution recommendations.
• Contribute to solution estimations, proposals and business development initiatives .

Your experience counts!

• Experience in consulting, business process transformation, BPM or process improvement .
• Hands‑on experience with Process Mining / BPM , particularly SAP, Signavio and/or Celonis.
• Experience with Automation technologies , including Power Platform, Python, APIs or scripting.
• Experience with Cloud & Data platforms , such as Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
• Knowledge of solution/cloud architecture , integrations, deployment and security.
• Experience with BI & Analytics , including Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Experience with AI / GenAI solutions , including RAG, LLMs, prompting and agentic solutions.
• Proven experience leading technical delivery, multidisciplinary teams and senior client stakeholders .
• Experience with solution estimations and proposal development is a plus.
