Accenture Strategy & Consulting busca liderar proyectos de reinvención de procesos y transformación digital en Argentina. Colaborarás con clientes globales para diseñar soluciones escalables que conecten negocio, arquitectura, datos e IA, gestionando equipos multidisciplinarios y relaciones con stakeholders senior.

La posición admite trabajo remoto y/o híbrido, con énfasis en entregas de alto impacto y desarrollo de propuestas comerciales.

Qualifications

• Experiencia en consultoría, transformación de procesos o BPM.
• Experiencia práctica con Process Mining / BPM, especialmente SAP, Signavio y/o Celonis.
• Experiencia con tecnologías de Automatización, incluyendo Power Platform, Python, APIs o scripting.
• Experiencia con plataformas Cloud y datos, como Azure y Microsoft Fabric.
• Conocimiento de arquitectura de soluciones e integraciones, despliegue y seguridad.
• Experiencia en BI y analítica, especialmente Power BI o Tableau.
• Experiencia en soluciones de IA/GenAI, incluyendo RAG, LLMs, prompts y soluciones agentic.
• Experiencia liderando entregas técnicas y gestión de clientes seniores.

Responsibilities

• Diseñar y entregar soluciones tecnológicas de extremo a extremo, desde requisitos hasta implementación.
• Conducir iniciativas de Process Mining y BPM utilizando SAP, Signavio o Celonis.
• Definir soluciones combinando Automatización, Nube, Datos y Analítica.
• Liderar la adopción e integración de IA/GenAI, incluyendo Azure OpenAI y Copilot.
• Evaluar soluciones por escalabilidad, coste, seguridad y impacto en negocio.
• Conducir equipos técnicos multidisciplinarios y facilitar decisiones entre negocio y tecnología.
• Colaborar con stakeholders senior y clientes para recomendaciones de solución.

What will you do?

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end technology solutions , from business requirements to architecture and implementation.
• Drive Process Mining and BPM initiatives leveraging SAP, Signavio, Celonis or similar platforms.
• Define solutions combining Automation, Cloud, Data and Analytics , using technologies such as Power Platform, Python, APIs, Azure, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Lead the adoption and integration of AI / GenAI , including Azure OpenAI, Copilot, RAG, LLMs, prompting and agentic solutions.
• Evaluate solutions considering scalability, cost, security, risks and business impact .
• Lead multidisciplinary technical teams and act as a bridge between business, architecture, data, AI and engineering teams .
• Partner with senior stakeholders and clients , leading technical discussions and providing solution recommendations.
• Contribute to solution estimations, proposals and business development initiatives .
