Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking a seasoned leader to design and deliver end-to-end technology solutions, driving Process Mining, BPM, and AI-enabled transformations. You will bridge business needs with architecture and engineering, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across data, AI, and cloud domains.

Lead initiatives across SAP/Signavio/Celonis platforms, shape scalable roadmaps, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver value-based outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end technology solutions from requirements to delivery.
• Strong capability to drive Process Mining and BPM initiatives using SAP/Signavio/Celonis.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end technology solutions from business requirements to architecture and implementation.
• Drive Process Mining and BPM initiatives leveraging SAP, Signavio, Celonis or similar platforms.
• Define solutions combining Automation, Cloud, Data and Analytics using Power Platform, Python, APIs, Azure, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Lead the adoption and integration of AI / GenAI, including Azure OpenAI, Copilot, RAG, LLMs, prompting and agentic solutions.
• Evaluate solutions considering scalability, cost, security, risks and business impact.
• Lead multidisciplinary technical teams and act as a bridge between business, architecture, data, AI and engineering teams.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and clients, leading technical discussions and providing solution recommendations.
• Contribute to solution estimations, proposals and business development initiatives.
