Job summary

SunnyData in Argentina seeks a Data Analytics Engineer to support ongoing reporting and data engineering needs. You will build and maintain business reports across BI tools, and perform modeling with large datasets.

You will translate business requests into actionable visualizations, optimize SQL queries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across dashboards. A Bachelor’s in CS or related field is required; 4+ years in analytics/BI; remote-first

Qualifications

4+ years of analytics/BI and data engineering experience.
Strong SQL proficiency with complex queries (joins, CTEs, aggregations, window functions).
Experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with cloud-based data warehouses and data modeling.

Responsibilities

Develop, modify, and maintain dashboards and reports in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Translate business requests into accurate data visualizations and insights.
Ensure consistency in metric definitions and data logic across reports; optimize queries for performance.
Document logic behind key metrics and dashboards; create reusable SQL objects.
Perform data modeling and transformations; troubleshoot data discrepancies across systems.
