SunnyData in Argentina is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to drive data engineering and architecture with a focus on Databricks. You will balance billable work with pre-sales support, guiding customers from data modeling through production deployment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, design scalable data solutions for AI/ML and BI, and craft documentation including POCs and roadmaps while ensuring governance, security, and quality.

Formación

• 7+ years as hands-on Solutions Architect or Sr. Data Engineer focused on Databricks.
• Expertise in Spark, Hadoop, Kafka; Databricks platform.
• Strong end-to-end data analytics knowledge and leadership in architecture sessions.
• Proficient in Java, Python, and/or Scala.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Skilled SQL writer and optimizer.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create solution docs including POCs and roadmaps.
• Experience leading teams and delivering production-grade data solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as trusted advisor guiding data engineering and data architecture with a focus on Databricks.
• Design, build, and deploy data solutions for AI/ML and BI.
• Provide pre-sales support and present technical solutions to clients.
• Manage multiple customer accounts and ensure timely delivery and reporting.
• Architect data solutions with governance, security, and quality.
• Evaluate data sources and recommend inclusion strategies for analytics.
• Lead internal teams and mentor engineers to deliver data products.
• Analyze systems and resolve data defects and issues.
• Test data movement and transformations for accuracy.
