AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own end-to-end data visualization projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive strategic decision-making through analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including migrating models to Streamlit.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

MUST HAVES

- 5+ years of SQL development experience ; experience writing and optimizing SQL queries across large datasets.

- 3+ years of Tableau development experience , including hands-on experience maintaining existing Tableau models and/or migrating them to Streamlit.

- Prior hands‑on Python development experience (prioritized over Snowflake where only one can be prioritized).

- Prior practical, hands‑on experience using AI coding tools, specifically Claude Code or Cursor , across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research; familiarity or a willingness to learn alone is not sufficient, as these are the primary tools used by the team.

- Proficiency in Excel / Google Spreadsheets for running ad‑hoc analysis.

- Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.

- Ability to maintain and validate existing data models and calculations to ensure accurate reporting.

- Experience working in an environment that leverages remote communication and collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

NICE TO HAVES

- 2+ years of Snowflake development experience.
