Bluelight is seeking a highly driven Business Development Representative to expand our client base with high-volume outbound outreach to US-based decision-makers.

You will own the outbound strategy, leverage HubSpot and prospecting tools, and collaborate with Account Executives to convert qualified opportunities into meetings. Strong English communication and a performance-driven mindset are essential.

Formación

• Proven B2B or inside sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and outbound campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80-150+ contacts).
• Manage daily outreach tasks in HubSpot.
• Build targeted prospect lists with Apollo and Clay.
• Run multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly.
• Craft high-conversion emails and LinkedIn messages.
• Qualify prospects using budget, authority, need, and timing.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Log activities and update the pipeline in HubSpot.
• Improve messaging based on results.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets.
