Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure administration.
• Networking across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Hands-on with AI tools in daily work.
• Ability to coach non-technical users on AI usage and data security.
• Experience with Azure monitoring and alerting tools.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Familiarity with ITSM workflows and on-call processes.
• Excellent communication and sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Share IT Operations responsibilities including app and data support and deployments.
• Administer Azure cloud environment resources and secrets.
• Manage on-premises and cloud networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, VPN, NSG).
• Monitor Azure alerts and respond, triage, escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and vendors on escalations.
• Promote best practices for AI tool use and security.
• Use AI assistants to query systems and automate tasks.
• Handle access requests with least-privilege policy enforcement.
• Maintain onboarding/offboarding procedures and run periodic reviews.
• Process tickets and keep stakeholders informed until resolution.
• Build and maintain automation scripts and runbooks.
• Investigate issues, draft fixes, and peer-review before prod deployment.
• Participate in incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with security, cost, and operational standards.
