AgileEngine is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds, focusing on automation, tooling, and incident response. You will maintain the platform, implement observability, manage incidents end-to-end, onboard new clients, and build diagnostic tooling to reduce manual work while ensuring scalability and reliability.
A strong Linux background, hands-on cloud experience (Azure or AWS), and upper-intermediate English
Formación
- 4+ years of hands-on Kubernetes production experience.
- Linux and command line fundamentals.
- Experience with a public cloud provider (Azure or AWS).
- Upper-intermediate English.
Responsabilidades
- Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private clouds.
- Use observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts with up-to-date runbooks and documentation.
- Manage incidents end-to-end, including incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
- Onboard and support new clients onto the platform.
- Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort.
- Identify and deliver process improvements.
- Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components updated.
- Proactively manage capacity so the platform scales with demand.
