DotYeti is seeking an Assistant Art Director to support the execution of the creative vision and maintain strong visual standards across projects. You will collaborate with the Art Director, designers, and accounts teams to deliver on-brand designs that elevate the brand experience.

The ideal candidate has experience as a Senior Designer or in a leadership role, with a strong portfolio in branding and graphic design, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Formación

• Minimum experience as a Senior Designer or in a junior leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced agency or startup.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and graphic design work.
• Proficient with design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc).

Responsabilidades

• Creative Support: Assist the Art Director in executing creative direction across projects, ensuring brand consistency and high quality outputs.
• Concept Development: Contribute to development of concepts from ideation to execution for branding, marketing campaigns, and digital assets.
• Design Leadership: Provide guidance on best practices and optimizations across design projects.
• Hands-on Design: Create key visuals, layouts, and digital assets when needed.
• Quality Assurance: Review outputs to align with brand guidelines, briefs, and goals.
• Client & Stakeholder Support: Present concepts and design rationale to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with accounts and teams to align execution with objectives and timelines.
• Software Proficiency: Use Adobe Creative Cloud to produce high-quality designs.
