Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM CST
Language: English (C2 Level required)
Location: Remote – LATAM preferred
About the Role
We’re hiring a proactive and highly organized Appointment Setter to support our client’s growing sales team. This role is key in keeping the sales pipeline moving, managing inbound and outbound lead communication, scheduling meetings, and ensuring every prospect receives a timely, professional response.
You’ll work closely with our sales and customer success teams to keep calendars aligned, CRM data clean, and communication consistent across multiple channels
Responsibilities
- Communicate with leads through email, CRM, and messaging platforms (Discord, Call.com).
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm meetings using calendar tools and internal systems.
- Keep detailed records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM (Close).
- Track daily activity metrics and maintain updated logs in Notion, Excel, or Sheets.
- Follow up consistently to move leads through the pipeline and prevent drop-offs.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and follow established SOPs.
- Use outreach tools such as Instantly and Drippi.ai to support follow-up workflows.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in appointment setting, customer support, or sales coordination.
- Excellent written communication skills and fluent English (C2 level).
- Strong organizational skills with experience using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and calendar tools.
- Comfort working with CRMs (Close experience is a plus).
- Highly responsible, proactive, and self-managed — you take initiative and deliver without constant supervision.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle repetitive tasks consistently.
- Startup mindset: adaptable, curious, and ready to go the extra mile.
- Prior experience working remotely with U.S.-based teams.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Notion, SOP documentation, and automated outreach platforms (Instantly, Drippi.ai).
- Previous experience in fast-paced startup environments.
- Basic understanding of CRM customization (pipelines, smart views, filters).
- Familiarity with Reddit — understands community dynamics, tone, and how users interact across different subreddits.
Why You’ll Love It
- Work remotely with an international, high-energy team.
- Gain exposure to U.S.-based startups and modern sales tech.
- Be part of a supportive culture that values growth, communication, and results.
If you’re organized, proactive, and eager to grow your career with a global team, we’d love to meet you.
