Svitla Systems Inc. is seeking an Analytics Engineer I for a full-time remote position in LATAM. The role focuses on data ingestion, quality, and reporting readiness to empower client insights across a global healthcare communications network.

You will bridge data engineering and analytics teams, validate data quality, maintain reporting-ready structures, and resolve issues throughout the data lifecycle to support data-driven decisions.

Formación

• 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; Databricks environment preferred.
• Experience with ETL tools and data manipulation (Funnel.io, DBT, or similar).
• Collaborates with Data Engineering on data sources, schemas, and refresh logic.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for data storage and reporting.
• Understanding of KPI definitions, QA outputs, and data logic.
• Basic BI knowledge with Tableau or Power BI including data modeling.
